Service Terms and ConditionsApplicable taxes will be charged as required Passenger requested stops off-route during a flat rate trip will be charged a minimum of $30 beyond that will be charged at the normal Arace Transportation rate. We must be given advance notice of intended off-route stops to prevent scheduling conflicts Passenger requested stops on route will be charged a minimum of $30 per stop. We request advance notice of any intended additional stops to prevent scheduling conflicts One half hour travel time is billed on all hourly services not flat rate trips Time based charges will be billed in 1/2 hour intervals with a three hour minimum CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW CHARGES Meet & Greet services must be canceled at least 48-hours hours prior to our services No shows and cancellations that do not meet our 48-hour notification time limits will be charged the amount of the fare or service, waiting time, and trip costs which include but are not limited to parking expenses, tolls and our waiting time No shows will be charged when the passenger/s fail to arrive at the designated location to avoid a no show charge call 877-9-ARACE1 Arace Transportation is not liable for circumstance beyond its control, including but not limited to, traffic delays, weather conditions, construction and breakdowns Arace Transportation is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or any items left in our vehicles Arace Transportation does not provide child safety seats it is the responsibility of the adult/s traveling with the children to provide and install child safety seats in accordance with both state and federal laws Smoke free vehicles Must be 21 or older to posses alcohol No Drugs Allowed Lost or stolen Items are not the responsibility of Arace Transportation Deposits Payments & Charges must be made in full prior to event.Valid credit/debit cards & cash. Personal and company checks are accepted however must be received within 10 business days prior to the date of service. No exceptions. Damage caused by negligence of any passenger will be the liability of the reserving party. All damage will be charged to the client plus a fee for vehicle downtime. Downtime fee will depend on the amount of time vehicle is out of service for repairs but the fee will be no less than $300. Cleaning fees will be charged to the reserving party if there is any evidence of vomit inside or outside of our vehicle or excessive soiling inside of our vehicles. Cleaning fees are per incident and will range from a minimum of $300 Food consumption is not allowed inside any vehicle unless provided by Arace Transportation, or prior arrangments have have been made at the time of reservation Prom and all other under aged events All charges are billed to the client's credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made.
