Prices are based on one pick up location within a ten mile radius. Radius starts at interstate 83 & route 30.

Waiting time is 1/2 hour from scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time is billed in 1/4 hour intervals at the normal Arace Transportation hourly rates. We reserve the right to use discretion on an individual basis.

There is a 20% holiday surcharge. Holidays are as follows

A luggage trailer is available for an additional charge of $100. Arace Transportation recommends use of a luggage trailer for parties of 8 or more.

Airport Procedures / Meet & Greet:
Arace Transportation will be there to provide you with safe and confident service no matter how early or late the flight. On arriving flights where possible, our chauffeurs will hold an easy to read large sign that reads ARACE TRANSPORTATION WELCOMES: followed by our clients last name. Our chauffeurs are to be at the airport minimum fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled landing of the arrival time. Arace Transportation's service procedures for airport pick ups are as follows: If after all the passengers on the arriving flight are off the plane and the chauffeur has not met his/her passenger, he/she will attempt to contact the client by cell phone. He/she will then check with the airline to confirm the client was on the flight. If the chauffeur is still unable to locate the client, our on duty supervisor will call the phone number listed on the original reservation to attempt to make contact. If the client is unable to to locate his/her chauffeur, we ask that they call 877-9-ARACE1 to inform us of the situation. Our on duty supervisor will then call the chauffeur on the mobile device. Arace Transportation will make every reasonable attempt to locate our clients. If you expect to be late for whatever reason please let us know with as much advance notice as possible.
