The online reservation system offers you a simple way to book your trip online. It’s fast, secure, and fully automated. In order to make this process as seamless as possible, we have included help indicators that when clicked will open a pop-up window containing a detailed explanation about the area you are having trouble with or do not quite understand.
Below, you will find a summary of each step you will go through to book online
Step 1 - Destination Selection
First you will select the type of trip this reservation will be: One Way or Roundtrip. One way trips include a pick-up and a drop-off only. Roundtrips include an additional pick-up and drop-off, usually for your return home or back to the office. After the trip type is selected, you will choose your destination. The destination can either be an airport from the drop down menu, or if you are not going to an airport, you can enter your destination address in the fields provided.
Step 2 - Trip Details
The date of your trip and time you need to arrive will be entered. Please note there is a 24-hour lock-out in place that will not allow you to book a trip for the same day as the current date or 24 hours from the current date and time. If your destination is an airport, flight details should be entered along with a description of your luggage. Additional details of how many people are traveling with you and other stops needed before reaching the destination can be entered.
If you have selected an airport as your destination, then you must enter an address where we can pick you up. If you have not selected an airport as your destination, then you will have the option of either an airport or an address as your pick-up location. You can enter one or the other - followed by a time we should pick you up.
Step 3 - Trip Finalization
If the trip type was selected as roundtrip, then you will be able to enter details about the return date, time, and details of the return so that we can accurately pick you up and take you back to your point of origin. Travelers names or a single name can be entered into the name field. We then require contact information: a primary phone number, secondary phone number (not required) and an email address, where we will also send confirmation emails containing the information pertaining to the trip. Depending on the party size selected in the previous step, you will be able to either select the type of vehicle you wish to use for transportation or we will select the vehicle for you.
Step 4 - Summary & Payment
A summary of the trip is displayed, and below it options for making a payment. We allow credit cards to be processed securely online.
