Passenger requested stops off-route during a flat rate trip will be charged a minimum of $30 beyond that will be charged at the normal Arace Transportation rate. We must be given advance notice of intended off-route stops to prevent scheduling conflicts

One half hour travel time is billed on all hourly services not flat rate trips
Time based charges will be billed in 1/2 hour intervals with a three hour minimum
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW CHARGES
Sedans and vans must be canceled more than six hours prior to scheduled pick up time
Meet & Greet services must be canceled more than six hours prior to our services
No shows and cancellations that do not meet our six hour notification time limits will be charged the amount of the fare or service, waiting time, and trip costs which include but are not limited to parking expenses, tolls and our waiting time
No shows will be charged when the passenger/s fail to arrive at the designated location to avoid a no show charge call 877-9-ARACE1
Arace Transportation is not liable for circumstance beyond its control, including but not limited to, traffic delays, weather conditions, construction and breakdowns
Arace Transportation is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage or any items left in our vehicles
Arace Transportation does not provide child safety seats it is the responsibility of the adult/s traveling with the children to provide and install child safety seats in accordance with both state and federal laws
Smoke free vehicles
Arace transportation requires all of our vehicles to remain smoke free at all times. Failure to comply with this policy will result in in a $300 charge. Failure to pay will result in an immediate termination of services without any refund
Must be 21 or older to posses alcohol
Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers 21 years old and above. It is unlawful for any minor to carry or consume any alcoholic beverage in vehicles at anytime and this will cause immediate termination of services without any refund
No Drugs Allowed
Illegal activities, lewd acts, rough behavior are not allowed in our vehicles at any time and will result in immediate termination of services without any refund. Charges for damages will also apply
Lost or stolen Items are not the responsibility of Arace Transportation
Deposits
Certain dates and vehicles require deposits with a minimum of $100 to 50% of the total charge, which is applied to the bill for rental of vehicle. Any rentals or services that fall below $100 will be required full payment in advance. No holds on vehicles or services without a deposit. A deposit must be given to make a confirmed reservation. All deposits are non-refundable! No execptions!
Payments & Charges must be made in full prior to event.Valid credit/debit cards & cash. Personal and company checks are accepted however must be received within 10 business days prior to the date of service. No exceptions.
Damage caused by negligence of any passenger will be the liability of the reserving party. All damage will be charged to the client plus a fee for vehicle downtime. Downtime fee will depend on the amount of time vehicle is out of service for repairs but the fee will be no less than $300.
Cleaning fees will be charged to the reserving party if there is any evidence of vomit inside or outside of our vehicle or excessive soiling inside of our vehicles. Cleaning fees are per incident and will range from a minimum of $300
Food consumption is not allowed inside any vehicle unless provided by Arace Transportation, or prior arrangments have have been made at the time of reservation
Prom and all other under aged events
We at Arace Transportation value your teens safety and that of their friends. Arace Transportation is committed to providing safe transportation so that parents can have peace of mind. Arace Transportation has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to alcolhol and other illegal substances. If a chauffeur finds any evidence that alcohol, drugs etc is being comsumed at any time during the trip with us, parents, (usually the contact parent
established during at the time of reservation) will be notified and will also be responsible for the transportation of the minors for the remainder of the evening without any refund. The chauffeur has the option of returning to the point of pick up or terminating service at the nearest safe location following the infraction and the authorities will be notified. We want their night to be enjoyable, yet safe. We hope this policy will ad to the peace of mind of the parents. We appreciate your strict adherence to this policy and we encourage you to go over this go over this policy with your teen/s.
All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. leave the rest out
Hourly Service:

Accommodations:
Chauffeur accommodations and meals must be arranged and provided for by the client on trips that require overnight travel.
