Our rates may be slightly higher, however we do everything we can to provide our clients with only the best in customer service, as well as safe high end luxury vehicles and a knowledgeable staff to provide our clients with the best possible travel experience. We are active in the community and whenever feasible we will volunteer hours towards community service. Here at Arace Transportation we also emphasize the importance of responsible environmental stewardship with our employees and of course our business practices. We ask our clients to give us feedback so that we know every possible way where improvements can be made. Simplicity:
Another aspect of the way we do business at Arace Transportation is the fact that we do everything possible to make things as simple as possible. A few examples of this are as follows. Whenever possible we are all inclusive, meaning that if you were to use our services for a wedding for six hours or a bachelor party for six hours the rate would be the same. We do not charge for additional people during trips with us. We explain everything clearly to you at all times. Arace Transportation chauffeurs are prohibited from soliciting gratuities, however if you feel they have gone over and above the call of duty, then feel free to give them a tip!
